The elastomeric insulation engineered for condensation control on cold pipework
AeroWrap® NBR is a flexible, closed-cell nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) elastomeric foam manufactured specifically for the thermal insulation of HVAC pipework, chilled water systems, refrigeration lines and domestic plumbing. Its closed-cell structure provides an inherent vapour barrier that prevents condensation forming on cold surfaces.
The material is flexible, easy to cut and quick to install. Pre-formed pipe tubes (AWP) slip over pipework and bond with contact adhesive. Flat sheet (AWS) is used for fitting insulation, valves, tanks and large-bore applications. AWTAPE provides an anti-condensation wrap for smaller pipes and fittings.
AeroWrap® NBR is fire rated with a Flame Spread Index below 25 and Smoke Developed Index below 50, meeting the requirements of most commercial and industrial specifications.

AWP
Pre-formed Pipe Tubes
Slit pipe sections in a range of bore sizes and wall thicknesses. Slip over pipework, close with contact adhesive. Fast, clean installation on straight runs.
AWS
Flat Sheet
Sheet material for wrapping fittings, valves, tanks and vessels. Also used on large-bore pipework and custom fabricated fitting insulation.
AWTAPE
Anti-Condensation Tape
Self-adhesive elastomeric tape for small-bore pipes, exposed fittings and sealing AWP joints. Prevents moisture ingress and condensation drip.
