Formulated to your application — not off-the-shelf
Our polyurethane chemical systems are two-component reactive formulations comprising an isocyanate (A-component) and a polyol blend (B-component). When mixed, they react to form rigid or semi-rigid foam with properties determined by the specific formulation — density, reactivity, open or closed cell structure, and temperature performance.
We formulate to the required density and reactivity profile for your process — whether you’re running a spray rig, a continuous laminator, a batch pour mould or a hand-mix application. Systems are supplied in bulk drums or smaller quantities depending on your volume.
Our technical team provides application support, equipment recommendations and processing guidance. We also supply ancillary chemicals including release agents, catalysts and fire retardant additives where required.
